Thank you for shopping with Photography by Susan White Gift Certificates: Once purchased, gift certificates are non-refundable for any reason. Purchased certificates may be used toward any services or products offered by the studio. Bonus, Promotional, or added-value certificates can only be applied toward portrait print purchases (unless otherwise stated) and cannot be used on products such as pocketbooks, bags, frames, jewelry, or accessory items. (example: if we have a gift certificate sale where you purchase a certificate for $100 and we give you a $25 bonus certificate, the $25 would apply toward print purchases only).
Delivery: We will make every attempt to deliver your product within a reasonable time period but we cannot guarantee it. Please call us about any product before you place your order if it's time sensitive. Orders placed during store closure will be shipped the next available business day. See hours below.

Ships Time
The 'Ships' time is an estimate of when the item will leave our store. For example, if an item displays "Ships: Within 24 hours," the item will leave our store within 24 hours after you place your order. While Photography by Susan Whitel works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, personalized, custom-configured, and more popular items may have longer Ship times.
Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.
Shipping Methods
Once the item leaves our studio, the Shipping Method you choose on the Cart page determines how quickly your shipped item delivers to your doorstep.
